We have a house listed for rent at Culburra Beach (South Coast) called Blue Patch . We live in Sydney and have operated Imagewide Photography (specialising in Real Estate and Travel promotion) for over 20 years.

Just browsing through the listings on the web, we noticed that the photographs on display are usually taken by the owners. Quite often, the images don’t do the property justice. When there is so much competition in each locality, first impressions could ‘make or break’ the booking.

We are pleased to offer our services to other owners, to help them increase their bookings. In Sydney, we charge $500 + GST per property, but we are making a special offer to TakeABreak members of $400 + GST per property.

We try to organise our timetable so that we can work one region at a time. As some properties are so heavily-booked, we have had difficulty accessing them.

This has made it necessary to draw up a table for each region, and once we have secured access to several properties in the one region, we inform the owners, and proceed to work that area. With the advances in digital technology, poor weather conditions are no longer a setback to good photographic images. Damaged walls can now be ‘digitally repaired’, and blue skies can replace grey ones.
