Luxurious home away from home. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Spacious Apartment is located in a small boutique complex on Royal St directly opposite the Sebel Residence.
You will find many local amenities within walking distance including: a range of Award Winning Restaurants (Cream and Lamonts for example), Café’s, Tourist/Souvenier Shops, Excursion booking agents, local specialty shops, Ladies Fashion, Bars, Parks, Health Spa, Specialist Hairdresser, Supermarkets, Vintage Cellars, Pizzeria, cycle ways, BBQ areas and beautiful river views.
Relax and have a drink by the river at the Royal Brasserie only a couple of minutes walk from your front door. Or alternatively hop on the free yellow cat bus which stops directly into the CBD.

I really enjoyed staying in East Perth for 3 months. Very close to the river and town. Enyoyed the free buses without the hassle of parking in the city. The friends I made here also loved the apartment as close to the bars and the restaurants.
LocalityEast Perth is approximately 2 kms from the CBD although avoids the traffic, congestion and noise of staying right in the city centre.
There is a variety of eateries from budget options (Subway) through to dine in or take away specialty restaurants (Italian, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese) not to mention the popular Royal Brasserie (Pub & Dining) or for those special occassions or romantic evenings - try Lamonts Winery & Restaurant, or Cream - 2 of Perths finest.
Due to the central location, there are many dining options available and we would be happy to provide recommendations.
