Luxury settlement style homestead furnished with antiques, surrounded by a shady veranda, facing citrus orchard and 15 mtre lap pool on 25 acres on the Williams River.
Wood stove, jet-master fire, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, bread-maker, microwave, washing machine, dryer

Locality

2 hrs from Sydney, 30 mins to Port Stephens and Newcastle, 15 mins to Maitland, Dungog and Paterson. Local attractions water skiing, boating, horseriding, canoeing,bushwalking, antiques, Barrington Tops, beaches, wineries.
