Situated at Pretty Beach near Hardy's Bay on the NSW Central Coast.

This cosy yet spacious cottage is surrounded by trees, and close to Bouddi National Park. It is the ideal relaxing getaway for short breaks or longer holidays.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms, combined bathroom/ laundry, separate toilet, combined lounge/ dining and full size kitchen. Tilba Cottage is a pole home with 8 garden steps, 8 deck steps and 4 internal steps. It is best suited to adults, babies who are not yet crawling and older children.

Ideally placed for swimming, fishing, snorkelling, sailing, and kayaking, with a tennis court/cricket nets and childrens playground, (with water views!) only a short walk away.

We have a tempting glimpse of the water through the trees! Photos below show the waterways nearby, some within walking distance, others just a few minutes drive away.

Tilba Cottage is close to many local walking trails - some with fabulous ocean views! On a clear day try the boardwalk at Putty Beach for views to Sydney.

Enjoy a snack or a delicious restaurant meal at one of the local eateries. You will find everything from English breakfasts, pizzas, pasta, or crunchy fish & chips to gourmet home smoked salmon or aged beef sirloin. For something simple, light up the BBQ on the front deck of the cottage, or use the BBQ in the park opposite the jetty.

Meander down to Wagstaffe - just a 10 minute walk -and catch a ferry to Ettalong markets and movies, or across to Palm Beach.

Drive a few minutes to reach Killcare surf beach (patrolled) or hire a boat from the marina to explore local waterways.

Ettalong, Umina and Woy Woy are a 15 mins drive and offer a wide range of shops and restaurants. Feel like a bit of indulgence? try Terrigal - still within a 20 minute drive of the cottage.

The cottage is the perfect place to relax in summer or winter.
