Downstairs: open plan kitchen/dining and lounge with uninterrupted views to Marina. Fourth room currently set up as TV/Games room, 2nd bathroom & toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Outside: paved entertainment area with BBQ and sandstone table sized comfortably for 8 adults.
