The bedrooms contain the following:1 Queen size bed,1 Double bed,1 single bed,1 bunk bed and 1 cot. High chair. Electric blankets. Doonas with covers and pillows.Clock radios.Hanging racks for clothes in all bedrooms.The bathroom is fully renovated with seperate shower,spa bath and overhead heating. There is a new 400 litre hot water system.Seperate toilet.The kitchen has hot plates,fan forced wall oven with warming oven, microwave oven,fridge,crockery,cultery,glasses.General items include:Bookcase,colour T.V,C.D/Stereo,radio,video,gas barbeque,auto-matic washing machine,clothes dryer,iron,ironing board,pegs,lock-up garage,covered outdoor entertainment area with outdoor furniture.The house is dog friendly. There is a big back yard with grassed areas.

The house is very close to the Grampians National Park.It is 4kms south of the Halls Gap shops,with close views of Lake Bellfield,the Wonderland Range and Sundial Peak.Local attractions are bush walks of all grades,native wildlife,fine dining,wineries,historial sites,horse riding,fishing,rock climbing.
