on line, with or without a booking agent, for a very reasonable cost we can be
there for you.
We are not a booking
agent. Our focus is on your property management needs without the conflict of
achieving bookings

A hands on guardian looking after your asset
Your Holiday premises is a valuable asset and so are your
customers. It’s likely you often wish there was someone you could rely on to
keep an eye on things, but it’s too expensive to have a house sitter or pay an
hourly rate for the little things like bringing in the bin, collecting mail,
checking the cleaning is done to your liking, employing maintenance people,
even being a key pick up/delivery point for your customers, ensuring your house
is more secure by removing unwanted mail.

in distress (locked themselves out, the power is off, the telly blew up)

any suspicious activity
Send you garden
photos monthly (if more is required see note on extra)
Send monthly report
(ref. extras for more frequent reports)
Do a weekly drive by
during occupied periods
Liaise with you
regularly to ensure the proper upkeep of your property.

Fees:
$20 per week
Extras: all
extras and other services can be negotiated at an hourly rate of $30
A one year contract will be applicable
Fees are paid monthly in advance by direct debit
Properties outside the Ulladulla area may be charged a
negotiable travel fee for emergencies.
Note: Situations like lost keys that create extra expense
can be taken out of your customers bond.
