Darwin Beach House is a two level town house in the dress circle suburb of Fannie Bay. It's moments from the beach and East Point Reserve, just 6kms from the city and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes and the Darwin Sailing Club - perfect for those spectacular sunsets.
The house is fully self contained with all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and linen including pool towels.
LocalityFannie Bay is the dress circle suburb of Darwin. Darwin Beach House is 1km from Fannie Bay race track. It's also close to the beach and East Point which offers safe swimming at Lake Alexander. Bicycle tracks are all around and it's an easy walk to the Darwin Sailing Club and the Trailer Boat Club. Fannie Bay shops offer a deli, bottle shop, small supermarket, cafes and restaurant. Public transport is available and the city centre is just 6kms away.
