AABY'S on the Riesling Trail is a spacious 4 bedroom house. There are 2 queensize beds & 2 single beds & 1 king size bed. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a bath, and the other has a walk in shower. In the kitchen you will find a microwave & full stove. In the large backyard which meanders to a winter flowing creek there is an outdoor dining area and gas BBQ. In the comfy lounge there are 3 comfy sofas,tv,cd player and dvd, reverse cycle air conditioning and log burning fire. There is also a laundry. In all, everything you will need for your stay in the fabulous Clare Valley.
LocalityThe township of Clare is nearby historic Mintaro where you will find Martindale Hall, Mintaro Maze and the Timandra Garden, 3 acres of water wise garden, the Magpie and Stump Hotel ( a genuine contry pub with no pokies). Reilly's winery and restaurant and MIntaro Cellars. The laatest place for lunch in the valley is Swans at MIntaro where my guests enjoy a free glass of famous Grosset wine with their lunch.
A 15 minute meander will see you in Auburn with its fabulous galleries and restaurants and wineries, Taylors, Grossett and Horrocks. Nearby Blyth is a must for art lovers where you will find artist in residence Ian Roberts working on one of his beautiful native flora & fauna paintings. At Watervale you can visit Queltaller at Annies Lane, a winery museum and also visit another famous artist,Murray Edwards at Corella Hill Studio. Burra, a mining heritage town is only 30 minutes away, and the Barossa Valley is a pleasant 60 minute meander away PropertyIn Adelaide I have a 3 bedroom house at Kent Town ( from $950 per week) In the Clare Valley at Mintaro I also have Tickles ( 2 bedrooms) and Peppertree(3 bedrooms) & The Beehive ( 4 bedrooms).
