Three separate, silent, split system air-conditioners operated by remote controls plus ceiling fans help keep the apartment cool. A security door with intercom and remote controlled garage ensure the property is protected all year round.

Each apartment has a private laundry. Linen is provided and we have a saltwater swimming pool directly opposite the patrolled beach.
