This luxurious house is situated 10 minutes walk from the amazing beach of Bondi. The street is large and there is plenty of parking. The house is quiet, light, sunny and very pleasant to be in. The kitchen, dining room and lounge all open up to a very deep balcony overlooking trees, bondi rooftops and ocean views. The newly renovated kitchen comes with a microwave, dishwasher, 2 ovens, large fridge with double doors and a water dispenser. The lounge has a large plasma T.V., cable television, DVD player, stereo, comfortable couches and reversible air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms, one containing a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. Each bedroom has bedside tables, lamps, wardrobes and electric heaters. The bathroom has a shower and a bath.
All the shops are 5 minutes away on Blair Street. The buses, at the door, will take you to Bondi Jct or the city.
LocalityBondi Beach is 8kms from Sydney City and 10 minutes by car or bus from Bondi Junction with it's train station and ultra-modern shopping centre. Buses run every 5 - 30 minutes 24 hours a day.
